Property Maintenance Provider Changing on 1 June 2026
Otokylä ry will be changing its property maintenance provider. Starting 1 June 2026, all property maintenance services will be carried out by MKY Palvelut Oy.
What does this mean?
Property maintenance services will continue without interruption. Familiar faces, such as Jape and Mikko, will continue handling maintenance duties, now under MKY Palvelut Oy.
Please note that contact details will change. The new phone numbers are as follows:
- Property maintenance on weekdays (08:00 – 16:00): 050 3848 237
- On-call service at other times: 050 3848 634
