General Information
- Laundry rooms in Buildings B and D are located on the first floor and can be reserved through the Kodinportti app.
- Residents of Building A have a private laundry room and sauna located on the building’s first floor.
- Sauna facilities are located on the first floor. Private reservations can be made through the Kodinportti app. Please note you may reserve a maximum of two time slots at a time.
- In Building A, sauna facilities are available for public use for women on Mondays and men on Wednesdays at 6 PM – 10 PM, with private reservations available on Fridays and Saturdays 5 PM – 10 PM.
- In Building B, sauna facilities are available for public use for men on Mondays and women on Thursdays at 6 PM – 10 PM, with private reservations available on Fridays and Sundays 5 PM – 10 PM.
- In Building C, sauna facilities are available for public use for men on Tuesdays and Thursdays 6 PM – 10 PM, with private reservations available on Wednesdays 6 PM – 10 PM and Saturdays 5 PM – 10 PM.
- In Building D, sauna facilities are available for public use for men on Mondays 6 PM – 10 PM and for women on Saturdays 5 PM – 10 PM, with private reservations available on Tuesdays 6 PM – 10 PM and Fridays 5 PM – 10 PM.
- Apartment storage rooms are located in the basements of Buildings B, C, and D. Residents should place their own lock on the door and notify the office of the unit number.
- Car heating times are from 04 AM to 10 AM and from 2 PM to 10 PM.
- The buildings are equipped with a cable TV connection.
- Smoking is prohibited inside all Otokylä apartments.
