How do I apply for student housing at Otokylä?
Fill in your housing application through our online service. You’ll be redirected to Tampuuri, Otokylä’s trusted housing system, to complete your application securely.
The application requires all information in the correct format (personal identification number, start date of studies, income, and assets) so please fill out the application carefully. Also note that income and assets must be reported.
- Select your area, building and apartment type, and maximum rent on the application form.
- Add the applicant’s/applicants’ details. Applications for minors must be completed with the primary applicant as the guardian and the secondary applicant as the person moving into the apartment.

What happens after I have applied?
After submitting your application, you can inquire about the status of your application by email or phone. Once you have been allocated an apartment, you will receive the lease agreement with attachments and instructions by email.
Applications are valid for three (3) months from the submission date, and you can renew or update your application if needed.
