Instructions
If you notice a fault or maintenance issue in your apartment or the building, please report it as soon as possible. This helps us address the problem before it causes further inconvenience or damage.
- Provide a clear description of the fault
- Include your address and apartment number
- State whether our maintenance staff is allowed to enter your apartment with a master key if you are not at home
- Add photos if possible
For urgent faults, such as pipe breaks, water damage, or other emergencies, call the on-call service immediately. Do not use the online form for urgent cases.

When to contact property management?
- You have lost your key and need access to your apartment.
- The stove or refrigerator stops working.
- The drain is clogged.
- A fuse has blown.
- Water is leaking from the wrong place.
- Or you notice anything else unusual.

What is needed for the service request?
Please note when filling out a fault report to submit a service request, the form is entirely in Finnish.
In the form you are required to fill out the following details:
- Address
- First name
- Surname
- Phone number
- E-mail address
- Headline (state the main need for maintenance)
- Detailed description of the fault
- Maintenance accessing apartment with master key (No / Yes)
- Pets (No pets / Pets, don’t enter / Pets, ok to enter)
- Attachments (eg. photos of the fault)

How does the maintenance visit work?
Service work is carried out on weekdays between 8 AM and 4 PM. The service technician will first ring the doorbell, but if the door is not opened, they will use a master key. Please indicate in the fault report if you have a pet or if the use of a master key is otherwise not acceptable to you.
